Story

Atelier de florentina is Japan’s first florentine specialty shop to deliver various florentines in Tokyo’s Yanaka district. Since 2010 we are making traditional European florentines fused with modern Japanese culture.

Florentins

Our florentines are cut into four small pieces to make you feel Japanese style. For you to enjoy a simple taste, we do not use any preservatives, baking powder, or shortening. We use flour and butter from Hokkaido as the base ingredients.
